1. Identity and registration

2. Service
We assess feasibility, prepare and present the case, negotiate, review documents and support the client through to the notary. We do not grant the loan or guarantee approval.
3. Independence
We have no bank exclusivity and present the case to the lenders best suited to your profile.
4. Fees
The feasibility assessment is free. Fees are communicated in writing before work begins, depend on the complexity of the case and become due only if you accept the bank's binding offer (the FEIN, the document setting out the firm offer) and the transaction proceeds. The detailed tariff is pending legal validation in this draft.
5. Complaints, data and lender documents
Customer Service responds within one month. Data is processed under the privacy policy. Before contracting, the lender provides the documents required by Law 5/2019, including the FEIN.
