3. Purposes and legal basis
We assess and manage your request under requested pre contractual measures. We present it to lenders only when authorised. Marketing requires consent. Compliance and abuse prevention rely on legal obligations and legitimate interest.
4. Recipients and transfers
Lenders when authorised, technology processors and authorities when required. Some providers may process data outside the EEA with applicable safeguards. Final provider inventory pending.
5. Retention and rights
